- Cost - $225 which includes book and certification
fees
- Each student receives 16 hours of instruction by a Certified Instructor specifically trained to communicate the
basic skills necessary to operate a pool or spa facility. The course is intensive and covers water chemistry, testing, treatment,
filtration, maintenance, automatic feeding equipment, government requirements, etc. Each student must pass an written examination
in English to be certified.
- Certification: Graduates will receive a certificate, suitable for framing, and a wallet
card issued by the National Swimming Pool Foundation. The wallet card is a miniature version of the certificate and carries
the graduate's personal CPO registration number. Certification is valid for 5 years.

2:00 - 5:00 pm Certification Examination - Within two weeks
of each course date, registrants will receive a letter detailing the location of the course and other pertinent information
for the course.

Recreation Dept., Raleigh, NC; ARC WSIT, LGIT; NSPF CPO Instructor for 21 years; 33 years in water safety and aquatic
management or Aaron Weaver; Training & Development Specialist, ARC LGIT; NSPF CPO Instructor for 8 years; 18 years
in water safety and aquatic management.
